BCHA welcome donations from Plymouth Argyle Community Trust

BCHA recently welcomed Plymouth Argyle Community Trust for a tour of their Homeless hostel, based in Stonehouse. The Trust donated Ginsters goodies and food to George House to support the running of their customer community café. The Trust also kindly donated match tickets for a upcoming PAFC fixture. The customers are very excited to attend.

Energy Sharing Circle offering support, rebalancing and co-creation

Energy is all around and held within us, so let’s collaborate with it, to celebrate it’s beautiful complexities and powerful natural healing qualities, I am super excited to be inviting all Energy Practitioners/Healers (students & practitioners of all levels) to join together in a circle. The circle will invite you to share energy, offer support, rebalance, share ideas and experiences.

Freedom community festival

Freedom community festival is being held on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th May at Freedom Fields Park from 11 am each day. Some of the best in local live music, dedicated family area, stalls and catering. FREE

The ‘Just have a go’ workshop series is aimed at Founders and Doers in Social Enterprises who want to apply some of the tools, tips and tricks they have heard about but can never make the time to use. We have four scheduled to happen over the next 8 months.

Talk on the work of an Independent Adviser to the Police

Plymouth Humanists are having a talk from an Independent Advisor to Devon and Cornwall Police – Independent Advisors are members of local communities who provide advice and make recommendations to the Police. The talk will be in the B-Bar at 19:30 on Tuesday 23rd May. All are welcome.

PALS Network

PALS has been set up to create a space for purpose driven leaders. Over 12 months, you’ll build lasting relationships with a cohort of leaders working in the impact and social change sector. This is an online programme based around Action Learning and Peer Support.
