As trustees and senior managers, you are responsible for the good governance of your organisation. It’s a vital part of how civil society organisations operate. We believe good governance = good performance (and more funding!).
To support you to achieve this, we are running this short blitz session looking at the principles of governance for the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector. We’ll look at trustee responsibilities, various approaches to good governance and work through some examples. We encourage great dialogue and peer learning so please bring your challenges to the session for discussion.
