POP+ is seeking one or two individuals to fulfil an exciting new role in our organisation. POP+ is taking a different approach to managing the funding received from Esmée Fairbairn. Instead of looking at managing by outputs or outcomes, we are managing by learning. The role will not just be looking at funded projects, but looking at how we learn across both POP+.
We are seeking one or two people to fill a full-time role paid at £24,576 (pro rata). We think this role could be perfect for a job share.
We are looking for people that can engage well with people, building positive relationships and asking questions that make people think. You will also be able to work with numbers and data, designing the systems to collect information methodically and to produce ‘products’ such as blogs and videos to communicate the learning.
