Citizens Advice Plymouth champions employment rights and responsibilities for staff and clients. This role will support the HR team to provide legal, ethical and credible employment advice to around 150 staff and 30 line managers.
This role will have a hybrid contract, with a minimum of 4 days a month in the office at Cobourg House, 32 Mayflower Street, Plymouth. You will be expected to be able to attend the office at short notice if required.
During your initial first 3 months you will be expected to attend the office more frequently for induction, and specifics of your hybrid working pattern can be agreed in your first few weeks.

You will have good critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and unpick issues in a range of people management areas.
You will have an excellent understanding of equality, diversity, inclusion and work to promote and enhance this through our organisation. You won’t be afraid to challenge staff, managers or leaders to help us remain legal, ethical and credible and make sure we are being as equitable as possible in our people decisions.
