We are looking for a motivated individual to lead in delivering activity sessions for older people in community venues across the City of Plymouth.
Your role will involve delivering activity sessions independently with the assistance of volunteers. Working closely with clients, families, and friends alongside other health and social care professionals to ensure people are supported to reengage with community activities post COVID.
We are looking for someone who has experience of delivering activities within a care setting and a qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable. You will need to work well as part of a team and be enthusiastic about delivering engaging activities to older people.
Full UK Driving Licence essential.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months – with the potential to be extended.
18 hours per week. Additional hours may be required from time to time.
£10.50 per hour
