Plymouth REG is a group of mental health professionals and people with lived experience of mental health difficulties. We have come together to share our knowledge about mental health recovery, to inspire and support others.

This workshop is co-produced by clinical psychologists and people with lived experience of psychosis.

This workshop is for:

  • People who have experiences that may get labelled as psychosis, with or without a diagnosis
  • Their family, friends and carers
  • Mental health workers
  • Anyone who wants to know more about mental health

We will be exploring why some people have the kinds of unusual experiences that can lead to a diagnosis of psychosis. We will also discuss some helpful responses to support people psychologically with their experiences and work towards recovery.
