As a follow-up to our recent session on trauma informed practice, Sarah and Vicky from the Trauma Informed Plymouth Network are offering an opportunity to explore ‘the costs of caring’ and to spend some time thinking about how we can look after ourselves and each other.
The session will explore the difference between burnout, vicarious trauma, secondary trauma and compassion fatigue and to consider the impact on us all of supporting those who have experienced or are experiencing trauma.
