Does your Social Enterprise want to reconnect with Plymouth in a post-pandemic world? The Union Street (ReSET) event may be just the ticket!
During 2020–21, our entire community, like the rest of the world, has been confronted by the COVID-19 pandemic, which challenged us to rethink approaches, rework agendas and revisit methodologies in response to constantly changing circumstances. This impetus to “think again” reaches far beyond our designers encompassing buildings, cities, environments and ways of life, and has highlighted an urgent call to reinvent how we might practice, to reimagine how we may live more sustainably, to reshape cities as more equitable and democratic spaces, and perhaps most importantly to safely reconnect in socially engaging ways.
Masters students from Plymouth University are organizing an event by the community, for the community. The event will be held from the 12th until the 23rd of October 2021 and will culminate in an exhibition of their work.
An opportunity to reconnect with the city we all love. Your Social Enterprise can be part of this event by having a stall to showcase what you do. The cost for a pitch is £15/day. Join us for a day or for the whole event. It’s up to you! Interested? We would love you to get in touch. Email: UnionStreet.ReSet@gmail.com
