Growing with Nature: Spring Networking Event

  • 23/02/2023
  • 4:30pm-8pm

Share

Green Minds, Food Plymouth, and Plymouth Octopus Project are hosting a networking event for individuals and community groups across Plymouth!

Following on from our autumn networking event in September, this will be another opportunity to learn about projects across Plymouth as we bring together knowledge and resources from the Community Gardening Collective and Plymouth Rewilding Network.

This event will take place at the HQ Building on Union Street, where projects such as Grow Stonehouse and Communities of the Soil have been involved. The theme for this event is ‘Growing for Spring’, and we’ll be sharing how to use the Good to Grow Harvest-ometer, adding to the rewilding network map, seed sowing, seed swapping and more! We’ll also be joined by the Communities of the Soil team, who will share how their project is developing using permaculture design.

Join us from 4:30pm – 8pm to learn about and get involved with the fantastic community projects happening in Plymouth. Refreshments will be provided, and remember to bring along any seeds that you would like to swap!
